Proposed Amendments to the US District Court for the District of Montana's Local Rules

The Local Rules Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Montana is now accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Procedure. The proposed amendments can be viewed at Rules, Orders & Statutes.

All comments must be submitted no later than Friday, November 13, 2026. Please email comments to LocalRules@mtd.uscourts.gov or mail to the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula, MT 59802.
